The whirlpool tub in our room was large and provided excellent relaxation. Valet service was efficient, and every staff member was also welcoming and friendly. The Gordon Ramsay food court impressed us with its fish and chips, which were crispy and flavorful.

Brio restaurant was fully booked both nights, and we couldn't even try to sit at the bar.

I started each morning with the most delightful breakfast burritos, served by a friendly waitress who remembered my name and my favorite order. A true treasure!

I had a lovely stay in a Mountain Deluxe Room with breathtaking views of the Smoky Mountains. The spaciousness of the room made it very comfortable, and I appreciated the cleanliness and stylish decor. One area for improvement would be faster service at the dining options, as they tended to feel a bit slow during peak hours.

I noticed hairs in the bathroom and unclean towels, which detracted from my overall comfort. Additionally, the casino experience felt subdued, with limited gaming options available during my stay.

It was quite frustrating that some restaurants closed early, forcing us to look for alternatives. The elevator situation was confusing. I had to use the stairs more than once. Some cleanliness issues were apparent, like dust buildup in the room. Despite these bumps, the overall atmosphere was enjoyable and made for a decent getaway.

The gaming floor was a highlight—lots of fun games and a friendly vibe. We even enjoyed an amazing meal at the Gordon Ramsay food court. the fish and chips were so delicious that we couldn't get enough!

My wife says that the long trek to breakfast was a bit much, especially with small kids. An on-site breakfast option in our tower would have made mornings easier for families.

i had a nice stay at harrah's cherokee casino resort. the staff was amazingly kind and helpful, which really made a difference. the food court featuring gordon ramsay was awesome. There was a cool game room and bowling lanes for extra fun. having a massage was a highlight too, so relaxing after a long day.

The only downside was getting a bit lost finding our way through the hotel. some extra signs would really help. Overall, it was a fantastic getaway, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for fun! 😊
